We have three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Living, dining and family rooms. Great lanai leading to the screened in pool area.
We have bikes and other sports equipment. The community has two additional pools, tennis courts and pickleball courts.
The weekly rate for the months of May through November 28th 2023 are $1250 per week and $4500 per month. There is an additional $350 cleaning fee and approximately 12% in taxes added to the above rates.
